Co-founder and Managing Partner, Bryan Aitkens. Bryan started his career within accounting & finance and quickly transitioned into Recruitment, beginning in 2006. He led various teams and fostered many incredible client relationships. Bryan embarked on a huge opportunity when joining and leading a healthcare practice team in Minneapolis which has allowed him to be well connected within the industry. Bryan is married to his wife Jenny, and they have two beautiful daughters, Sydney and London.

Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Dan Kuhlmann. Dan has led a successful sales career since graduating from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. He has worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies in a variety of sales roles throughout his career, which has contributed to his love of analyzing hiring and business trends that impact organizations both large and small. Dan specializes in Finance & Accounting, along with HR recruitment and permanent placement. He is passionate about business, economics, and the stock market in particular! He and his wife, Suzy, reside in the western suburbs of Minneapolis with their son Kaden and their two Shih-Tzu pups, Zeek and Hazel.
